A tailored proposal.
The form submits a quote request without holding a date or collecting payment. A booking depends on availability, acceptance of a signed quote and the payment specified in it. For under 3 days, the deposit is 30% and the balance is due 7 days before departure. From 3 days, the deposit is 50% and the balance is due 30 days before departure. After these deadlines, the full amount is due on confirmation. The accepted quote identifies the contracting company, services and options, final cleaning on a separate line, the security deposit and any specific terms. The general terms applicable are those for the duration shown in the quote. For REV’ANOU, any independent skipper service is contracted and invoiced separately.

Only the accepted quote, the general terms for the relevant duration and the contract documents supplied before commitment define the purchased service. Text, photographs, trademarks and other site content may not be reused without their owners’ permission. For questions or complaints, email contact@celvine.com. After a written complaint has not been resolved amicably, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator appointed by the company named in their contract.
