YOUR DATA

How your information is handled when you contact CELVINE.

CONTROLLER AND PURPOSES

Your requests, your choices.

CELVINE SARL, SIRET 978 050 680 00013, 149 rue Mulâtre, Morne des Esses, 97230 Sainte-Marie, receives contact details and messages submitted through the forms in order to reply. When an enquiry concerns a REV’ANOU rental, the information needed for a quote may be handled by MADIN’CATA SASU, the contracting rental company. The newsletter collects the email address after signup and confirmation. Comments are moderated before publication. Corinne Tacinelli handles personal data requests at contact@celvine.com.

RETENTION AND RECIPIENTS

Limited handling.

Closed or lost enquiries without a quote are deleted 12 months after their last recorded activity. Open enquiries or those linked to a quote are reviewed at that point to identify which records should be deleted and which must be kept for a documented contractual or legal reason. Invoices and accounting evidence are retained for 10 years from the close of the relevant financial year. An unconfirmed newsletter signup is deleted after 30 days; a confirmed address is kept while the subscription is active. After unsubscribing, evidence of the objection is kept for three years, without newsletter messages. Approved comments remain visible while the article is published or until a justified deletion request; unpublished comments are deleted after 90 days. Data is accessible only to authorised staff and is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. No subscriber list from the former site has been imported. Email and backup copies follow their separate retention cycles.

YOUR RIGHTS

Stay in control.

To request access, correction or deletion of data, or exercise other applicable rights, email contact@celvine.com and describe your request. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. The site uses a session required for its operation and remembers your choice for the information banner. You may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, if you believe your request has not been handled properly.
