Before you
set sail.
Find answers to the most common questions and prepare for your CELVINE cruise with confidence.
How should I prepare for departure?
Once your cruise is confirmed, we will send all practical information, including where to meet, what to bring and the details of your itinerary.
Can we travel with a skipper?
Yes. For an experience organised by CELVINE, any skipper is included in the CELVINE proposal. For a vessel rental, the skipper provides an independent service paid directly to them; without a skipper, the person in charge must demonstrate suitable experience.
How do I request a quote?
Tell us about your plans using the trip form. We will get back to you with a tailored proposal.
What equipment is available on board?
Equipment depends on the boat. We will explain its spaces, comforts and activities before departure.
Can I mention a special requirement?
Of course. Include it in your request so we can prepare an experience that suits you.
What deposit is required?
Under 3 days: a 30% deposit and the balance 7 days before departure; if confirmed within 7 days, the full amount is due on confirmation. From 3 days: a 50% deposit and the balance 30 days before departure; if confirmed within 30 days, the full amount is due on confirmation. Every booking is subject to availability, an accepted quote and CELVINE confirmation.
Are fuel and a skipper included?
Your accepted quote lists exactly what is included. Fuel, mooring charges, skipper, meals and drinks are not automatically included. For a REV’ANOU rental, an independent professional skipper is contracted and paid separately by the client.
Is a security deposit required?
For REV’ANOU, the contractual security deposit is €5,000, taken by card at check-in and released at check-out subject to the boat’s condition and outstanding charges. Optional excess reduction may be proposed under the insurer’s terms.
Are final cleaning and provisioning included?
Final cleaning is mandatory and charged as a separate line in the quote. Exceptional cleaning may incur additional documented charges under the contract. Provisioning is optional on request; purchases and any preparation or delivery charges are detailed in the quote.
